Responsibilities

The Facilities Engineer is responsible for a variety of skilled and semi-skilled maintenance, plumbing, electrical and heating/air conditioning tasks to include installing and repairing equipment.


Qualifications

Job Requirements: 

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling maintenance skills required.
  • Previous Maintenance/Facilities experience required.
  • 1st Class Engineer license required (upon hire).

Preferred Job Requirements: 

  • Certification as a Universal Technician for CFC’s preferred.
  • Journeyman’s Electrician License preferred.
