Working at Ardent
Nurses invest in public health, in our community and in themselves every day. They believe that caring for others is more than a job it’s their calling.
MESSAGE FROM THE CNO
Working for Hillcrest Henryetta gives you the best of two worlds - the comfort of a small facility where you know everyone you work with and a place where you can form close and everlasting friendships with your teammates throughout the hospital. Everyone works as part of a team and truly tries to uplift each other.
Our team has the same passion, which is to provide compassionate care for people, including our patients, their families and one another. Working in a facility like ours gives a sense of belonging and purpose. It also gives you the best of being part of a large organization. Ardent makes a small rural facility stable and gives us the ability to provide resources to our employees we would not be able to otherwise. Some of the examples of these resources are access to Lippincott for continuing education for staff, patient education or for clinical reference needs and degree advancement programs with Walden and WGU. Ardent has a commitment to quality by assuring we are providing for and meeting evidence-based standards of care. Ardent also has a commitment to provide great patient and employee satisfaction. One of the ways we do that is to recognize nursing staff with the internationally-known DAISY Award.
If you are in the health care field because you want to make a difference in the world, or at least in your community and surrounding communities, Hillcrest Henryetta is the perfect place to do it.
